Will not return lemon dryer or dishwashe

I buy a washer and dryer plus a dishwasher all at the sametime next thing I know the dryer makes a bad loud noises and the dishwasher leaks water on my wood floor I call the store and the 1800 number a got hangup on multi. Times. After 45 mins waiting on the phone service dept send a guy out to fix but he didnt it, and my baby girl fall into the water and hurt her head. I try talking to Conns many times but I just get hangup on.
