Unpaid for Work Completed

I am an insulation subcontractor and did work for Mr. Flake and his company Aaron Remodeling. I have still been unpaid for the work we did over 3 months ago. The homeowner reported to me that the job has been paid for and I can't get ahold of Mr. Flake. A lien has been filed on the property and I will be pursuing legal action shortly.

Be aware of who you are doing business with. My lack of research and establishing credit terms is going to cost me big money.
