Ripped me off, basically i got ROBBED

I was looking online one night last week to find grants and things for college. I was looking on a scholarship website that had a link for this company and it said get up to $50,000 in government money. Well it seems that they just take more money for themselves.
I filled out information that night and i had them calling me all day. I didnt know the number and so i looked it up. The number was from new jersey. So then i figured that it was all the information that i needed to get my grants that i really need, so eventually i answered.
The lady that i had to talk to just kept telling me that for a simple payment of $2.95, just one single payment, i could get FORMS to fill out and mail back to get what i was needing. After saying that enough times i just thought to my self that just that little amount isnt too bd. So i did it and now here it is about a week later and im having problems with them.
I got my cd in and when i went to start, it told me that i had been emailed when i asked for the cd and i have no emails from them at all so therefore, i have no possible way of logging in to remove myself.
There are others that have had the same problems so i went ahead to file a report too. I checked my bank account online and it now says that from this company, i now have a pending transaction of $48.50. And i dont know why.
One of the people that has filed a report as well stated that they found out that the $2.95 is a way to subscribe for a 7 day trial and after that is $48.50. How are you supposed to try it out before the 7 days is up if it takes 7 days to get back.
One of the people of the company found these complaints and filed back against it. He said that if you read online that there is an agreement that you accept which allows them to subscribe you. But i never seen a part like that online. All i seen was a link to a website, give a little information about you and then fill out a 12 page suvey or something like that. You never even know when it ends you just have to close out and dont really have to even do the survey.
Now i gotta try to get my money back whichever way i can. I called the phone number they have listed but they dont go through and yuo cant get everyone to
