Courthouse Green Apartments
Awful complex to reside in. Never showed up to do my walk-through when I moved out and then submitted judgements for charges that I do not owe them

I lived at this complex in 2002. The management was so poor that I couldn't stand it. I suffered with severe asthma and had to break my lease the last two months of the lease period. I submitted 60 day notice to the complex. They kept my security deposit and never showed up for the scheduled walk-through. Months later, I started receiving judgements for over $3300. I have requested numerous times for a detailed report of why I owe so much. I know that I owe court costs and $1600 in back rent but the amount had doubled.

They have transferred my account several times to different collection agencies. Now National Credit Systems, Inc. Has it (800) 459-1539. They are extremely nasty. I have tried to offer a settlement even though the charges are not accurate. I have just received a statement of charges Courthouse states that I owe them. They are lies.

I don't have a problem paying what I owe, but I REFUSE to pay for what is false. This company should have charges brought against them.
