I stayed in a two year lease new manger moves on the site in my second year, Marsha S., bullied me, obsesed watching me, layout at the pool, smoke outside, managers office, fix her eyes on my unit, 12 months, if I had to go into the office said manger would call 911 on me, give a false report to police, 911.

I hand delived my 30 notice to vacate and not reup after second lease. That was sent back stating they would not except it. I smell a rat, the bullie was up to no good. I was right! I resummited the notice.

They company was fully aware I would be moving out of state.

This manager, would shut my units water off weekly, with out any notices. I called the State on her practice. The state contacted the manager on the complaint, and the state informed me of such.

I keep my unit perfect no matter where I live. This time I hand delivered my move out work order. The order was for kitchen cubboards and the hinges loosing the screws. I waited five weeks never did the work get done. I talked to the maneince people that informed me, "Margret, manager, told us to not complay to your work order!" This went back and forth for five weeks. After, not responce I put another work order on the mangers, Margret S., home unit door, she lived on the property.

During this time I was packing cleaning, and had two days before the lease was up and I would do my walk through, hand in the keys, when we came home and a notice was on out unit door.

Said notice said, "you are being evicted. YOu have 24 hours to vacate the premisses!"
I went into the bullie managers office, Margret S., ask her "what is this" I gave a legal 30 notice." Manager, calls 911 again, telling the 911 I was treating her, and was going crazy!!!

Police came to my home told me " manager wants you to stay away from her unit, stop putting work orders on her door."

On my walk out day Ass. Manager NIcki, did the walk through. Wrote me a long statement on how the unit was in perfect shape.

When I went to applay for apartment in a different state, I got denied. The reseach showes. Bell Tower Apartments, manager in question put me in for evition, for breaking a lease for the amout of $560. Keeping my $100 deposit. Putting this false report to the three majors, Experien, Equfax, TransUinion.

Because, I this crime, I had to live in my car for eight months. I was able to prove false reporting to the FCC, the three majors, where all was removed.

To date after many letters the complex still owes me the $100 deposit, with intrest, and for pain and suffering. It is now 2008.

I begged both propertys to give me the name of the owner. The one site ass. Manager, with a fake british accent, told me to go through their attonery. Hung up on me.
