Sold me a truck, with LARGE DOWN PAYMENT OF $5,500 Stated wasn't Karina vehicle

Buying a Dodge truck from them was the biggiest mistake in my life, I am a disabled veteran they took $5,500 cash as down payment. Stated this vehicle wasn't a Katrina vehicles. After several months, smells and engine problems. I pulled a CAR FAX, SOB it was a Katrina vehicle bought from auction in MS, listed as flood fleet vehicle.

Called them they disclaim the warranty if its a Katrina vehicle after purchase they would buy it back. NOT, all they do is lie. I stopped paying on the truck, my father received several phone calls from Drivetime and repo company. Upon on morning a repo company can early in the morning, scared my father inwhich my father had a heart attack and DIED that morning. I told drivetime do not call my parents my father was sick and had heart problems they continued to call my parents.

The truck was impounded in Daytona Beach, FL from a motel parking lot where it blown a engine. My truck / money and beloved father is gone because of DRIVETIME.
