Charging Alaskan Villagers with unknown and unexpected "extra costs"

I am from a small town in Alaska where the fuel prices are 7 dollars a gallon and are provided by Crowley Marine Services. They are the only source of fuel in this town and I noticed that I've been accumulating a bill from them for high "overcharges", when I have not done activity from them for months!

The fact is, they don't allow charges at all and I'm not the only one who's been hit with an "overcharge" bill. Many people in town are wondering why they've also been hit with this bill, some as high as 300 dollars! Many times when I buy a fuel card to save for the winter, most of it disappears and when I ask them where my money went they tell me that I owed them for the "overcharges". I know they don't allow charges of any kind because I asked them if I could charge some home fuel because they took most of my money in my fuel card and they tell me they won't allow it.

I call them up and they tell me they have the paperwork to show my "activities" and the times and dates I "overcharged", when any type of charging is not even allowed at all by Crowley.

Many are not informed that they have accumulated a bill with this crooked company and are instead hit over and over again with this "overcharge" bill. This is definite criminal activity going on and I am calling out for help because these "overcharges" are keep coming and get higher, even if we have stopped service with them. I guess they think that Native Alaskan Villagers are easy prey, and the fuel business is definite money for them. Somebody please look into this and even become a customer posing as an Alaskan Native and you will understand what is happening in this village.
