Home comings ripping people off

Since being in a chapter 13 bankrupcy. This company has continue to file our payments to the pre-petition status, causing our payments to be continually shown two months behind. This allows them to file late fee's, and $300 home inspection fee{which they dont do}. This also reflects on our credit report and has damaged it badly. We make our payments through our lawyer to their lawyer, they continue to apply the money to payments that are to be paid by the court. We were told they cannot do this, but they have done so anyway. If any legal firm is interesting in filing a class action lawsuit against homecomings financial, please allow us to join it. We need help to get away from them to have a normal life on a fixed interest loan.
