GMAC Trying to steal my ex-wifes home Ripoff

Here's how to make BIG money. Open a company and call it Homcomings Financial Services - A GMAC Co. Then start giving out home loans to poor unsuspecting suckers.

When you find a woman whose history goes like this:
1. Battered wife for 16 years by her 2nd husband (Broken bones, child abuse and worse - ultimately able to get away from him).
2. Single mother of four who was FINALLY able to purchase, not only her first home, but her dream home with the help of some money her parents left her when they passed away.
3. Give her the loan and let the equity in her house build to over $230,000.00 (yes... 230K).
4. When she gets behind on THREE (3) payments totaling a meager $1,455.00 - STOP taking her calls to arrange a payoff plan.
5. If she does FINALLY find someone to make arrangements with, make absolutely certain that the Homcomings Financial staff lie to her.
6. If the first husband makes the payment electronically, be sure and REFUSE the payment. (cant have that or we wouldnt make any money)
7. Stop taking all calls from the woman.
8. Refuse ALL payments from the woman or her first husband.
9. Put the house in foreclosure and take it away.

Now here's where the BIG BUCKS come in... Do this to 10 people a year and you just made yourself a cool $2,300, 000.00 (two point three million) dollars a year LEGALLY.

It just amazes me that any company would do this to another human being. But Homecomings Financial Services and GMAC sure will. I guess the greedy just need more. We all need to keep in mind that General Motors owns GMAC and are ultimately responsible.

Anyone considering a class-action lawsuit needs to contact me. I'm sure my ex-wife will join in.

Homecomings Financial Services is using the legal system to swindle honest hardworking people out of their homes and investments to line their own greedy pockets.

Want to sue me for defamation of character Homecomings? Feel free. My first petition will be to see your foreclosure records along with your employee training records and your policies and procedures. BTW I've taped every conversation I've had with your so-called employees (aka partners in crime).interesting listening.
