We received our current phone bill and noticed a charge from ESBI, supposedly for VOICEMAIL NETWORK. We have not ordered or used any such service and have tried many, many times to get through to them on the phone number listed on the Verizon Billing Statement. All to no avail! The only response is that all reps are busy helping other customers. We are then directed to leave a message and our call will be returned. This has not happened although we have called and called. Verizon only advises us to "call ESBI"!! The charge will not be removed. When we go online to the website, there is no "secure website" information. Who knows where the "required" information is going??? I am not about to post my personal information online to an unknown destination! This is absolutely ridiculous and irritating beyond belief... We pay our bills but have a serious objection to paying for services we have not ordered and have no answers from the company we supposedly are doing business with!
