I was also ripped off by VIP RIMS. I wish I had researched the company before I became a victim also. It is a SCAM and I never received any merchandise and was not even able to contact the company. I opened a claim against the company and will also contact the BBB to report the activity of the Scam... Now I recieve reoccuring fees on my VISA every month and this has been a nightmare..!!!
