This apartment complex is full of Mold & Roaches and much more! The leasing agents and management group will persuade you into giving the deposit prior to having the unit ready for viewing and inspection and do NOT warn you that you have 72 hours to request a refund on your deposit. Therefore when you get to see the CRAPPY place you are about to live in for 12 months is too late to get your money back. There is no statement on the application that warns you about the 72-hour policy, either. If you do not ask, you are out of luck!

I strongly urge anyone and everyone who plans to move to this (rat pit) community to turn their back immediately! If you do not believe me, see it with your own eyes at the web address below.
