Deception and Lies!

First of all, This Company is full of sh*t. To begin they promise you a pay rate of 9.00, then when you go in for the interview, they tell you, " oh, no. Its 7.50, but after your sales are computed it is USUALLY 9 or more dollars". Secondly, they say customer services... Lol... I laugh at that, more like disturbing people days (while they are working or even at thier homes) trying to sale them bullsh*t magazine offers, some that dont even exist - decieving our clients.

Next of all, they dont train you correctly. They sit you in a room with someone who has been there for a couple of months, and for a few minutes you watch them "fast-talk" their ways into selling magazines. Then they put u, and all the other new people into a room by yourselves to take calls until they think your ready to be around everyone else.

After about 3 hours of that, they give you a HUGE stack of cards with contacts, buisinesses and what not, to call throughout the whole day. Did some one say COLD CALLING??? Because they didnt in their ad in the newspaper! You sit their ALL day calling people, trying to sell, and even then, some of the contacts are disconnected, block my phone calls, or are peoples home phones!!! Then on top of that, all the new people get the clients that are "least likely" to buy.

You see all the people who have been there for a while sorting through the stacks and sorting away meaningless companies, and making plenty of sales. While you are calling the ones they didnt want to call, you make barely any sales. Coincedence... I dont think so, plus i heard them say it themselves. Very Shady People. What a complete waste of time. Of course i stayed their all but 2 days before i quit, i just cant lie to people like that.

If you are looking for a real customer service job that actually tells you what they are about, and pay you what they say, no strings attatched, then i suggest you do not work for these people. Total bobble-heads. But if you like cold calling, lying, fast talking, and less pay then usual, by all means, this will be the perfect job for you. Hopefully someone else see'e this and will NOT consider this so called"great opportunity" a way of income. Or even a career move.
