This is a outright con where they tell you they are 99% successful and will get you a job. Of course, their contract doesn't say this, and then they later claim they never told you verbally either. They prey upon the unemployed and victimize you for $7,500. The fellow I met with look like an outright phony, and wore gold chains. These people are thugs who provide a worthless.
