Global Career Management is the worst company I've ever seen. The company consists of a bunch of liars and bas*rds. They scam people by charging a ridiculous amount of money for their horrible service. Before the first appointment, they said their service was free. During the appointment, something didn't feel right to me.

The VP of the company, Lou Spadoni, gave me the impression of dishonest sales person. He just went on and on about how effective their service was. I started to realize that it wasn't free and interrupted him to ask how much the fee was. When he told me it was about $50000 to $60000, I felt really disgusted and scammed. I left right away. Glad I didn't get more involved with them, since some people on this website had much worse experience being their clients. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

All other search companies I've used are truly free for the applicants, since they get paid by the hiring companies. And career services at universities are free and much more effective.
