I am a former employee of Allen J. Santos. He is a liar and a thief and will steal from his own mother. I know the family he ripped off and they have been cheated out of over 30K. Not only did he not complete the work and take much more monies than they owed him, but he crushed the families leach field as well. He allowed a cement company to drive over it but the family requested that he make sure that the leach field was NOT compromised. It just did not matter and never did to him. I do know that the family has hired legal counsel and tried to offer AJ a deal to pay them back a tiny portion of what he stole from them and as of today he has ignored them still. If anyone out there has dealt or had him do work of any kind, please leave your email address so that you can be added to the deposition list for this soon to be trial. I am so glad that these people are going to do everything in their power to put this guy in jail. How unfortunate for his small son. Soon his son will be in the hands of his mother alone. There are 27 witnesses and former employees and this family is trying to make it a precident case in New Hampshire. The Governor, Senator Judd, Senator Gregg, Jeanne Shaheen and others have been notified and from what the family has told me, as of July 31, legal ventures have begun. I hope they get this guy so he doesnt do it to other unsuspecting families or the elderly. Believe me, this family is super nice and has done many things for others and did n't deserve this treatment from Allen J. Santo's. Even the new people that have gone on board to help the family finish their kitchen addition all are in disbelief of the way Allen left their home. The siding had to be replaced, the new roof was put on incorrectly and had to be redone, the drywall had to be done over and so, so much more. I also know that the family will follow Allen until they are happy with the outcome. Until then it is said to be their mission to destroy his business as he has destroyed their home! Too bad Austin!!!
