And Its Affiliated Companies Scamming Telephone Customers with Fraudulent Voice Mail Subscritpitions, And San Antonio, Texas

The company known as ESBI is located at 7411 Johns Smith Drive, San Antonio, TX 78229-4898. It uses call centers in locations such as Manilla, The Phillipines. It is a thrid party billing aggregator which it works with other companies which improperly and sometimes illegally solicit voice mail subscritpitions, and other servcies through fraud, deciept, cold calling, unsolicited mailers, prize promotions, contests and other illicit techniques. It has been the subject of a Complaint filed by the US Attorney General on behalf of the Federal Trade Commission and in fact entered into a consent judgment where it was fined to the tune of $350,000.00 for its improper and sometimes illegal activities.

If you have been the victim of this company you should immediatley file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision through its website and also try to file a Complaint with the propoer authorities in the State in which you reside and the State of Texas where this company is located.

They tried to impose charges for voice mail service through an entity which was known as BLVD Network, LLC. I believe this may simply be an affiliate with ESBI, Inc. As there is no such business enity in the State of Florida known as BLVD Network, LLC or Boulevard Network, LLC which is active.

In any event, after multiple calls I was able to reach an entity which called itself the "Processing Center" located in Palm Harbor, FL. I doubt that is where it was located as there is no active corporate entity in the State of Florida known as the Processing Center either. However, they do claim to have a Florida address at P.O. Box 2365, Palm Harbor, FL 34682.

After speaking with multiple supervisor types, including "Mary" and "Gus" I was able to obtain this much information. They claimed I would be receiving a credit as the cramming the attempted was on my business telephone and there are no employees here with the name they claimed subscribed to the services.

The Processing Center's telpehone number is 866-518-0933.

I spoke with someone named "Stephanie" at extension 321. She seemed nice and was probably a pawn in the apparent illegal activities which seem to be going on with ESBI, Inc., BLVD Network, LLC and the Processing Center entity. Try calling Stephanie and ask for Mary or Gus. You may get somehwere with this information.
The information posted here is based on my interactions with this company and may not help everyone, but at least it is a start.

REMEMBER, you should hceck you telephone bills every month to make sure companies like the Processing Center, ESBI, Inc. And BLVD Network, LLC have not done this to you or your business. Also, everyone should file a Complaint with the Federal Trade Commission against ESBI and these other companies.in time they may finally go away, or try to engage in lawful business practices.
