This Co. ESBI, on behalf of United Comm Link, has been Fruadently billing my Verizon acct. $12.95 for 8 mo's. & wont stop!

Regular calls to Verizon are fruitless to stop the monthly charges. Verizon says it's not their issue & to call ESBI.

Calls to ESBI stated they were aurhorized to impose those charges for a voice mail service that was provided to my fax ph. #. I had never heard of this co. Untill the charges started to aphear on my Verizon Phone bill.

How do I get voice mail to a fax???

Again this mo. The charge was there & I have no idea why.

Next step is to file a formal complaint with the NYS Atty. Gen. Office. & possiably the FTC.
