Ripped me off!

On March of I ordered a part for my dryer, they sent the wrong part. I called and they would sent my the right part with shipping reimbursement, which would be the difference for the other one they will send. Well I get this one and it is wrong and broken, sent it back again. I called again and they said they will send the right one. I asked for my money back and I was told that they don't refund money. With that being said I received another part the end of June but I did not open it and had UPS to come and pick it up. Because the package was way to small for the part I was needing. All I wanted was my money back. They kept saying I will send your money back, after several attempts with phone calls and emails. I never got my money back at all. They are liars and poor business people.

Stay away from them. Now you can't even get though to them at all. BBB can't even help me.
