Ripping off the helpless

I was recently called by a recording stating that there was a company that could help home owners with their mortgages. It stated that they would help me lower my interest rates and help if one had fallen behind on their monthly payments. I was in need of help and was transferred to a telemarketer who said he could help lower my interest rate.

He gave me a price of $199 and said they would send out a packet to my house, and that I could mail or fax it back to them to get started. They said the $199 price was the price to get started right away. They told me it should arrive at my house by three business days.

It has been almost a month now and I have not received anything. I have called them multiple times only to be put on hold or hung up on. I told them that I wanted my money back, and so I was transferred to Chris Martinez. He told me he would refund my money, but I never received it. Now whenever I call and ask for him, and state why I am calling he never picks up or returns any of my calls.

Mortgage Shield USA does nothing more than screw over the little guy who can't pay their bills, and makes them pay a few hundred dollars for nothing. I want everyone to know how despicable Mortgage Shield USA is.
