Yuma Painting Jesse Torrez Moreno Horrid Paint Job Way Over Priced!

The preparation of this company was lousy. There were two men working on the house for approximately a week. The first thing that should have given me a sign of non professionalism, was the request to be paid in full before the job stared. I suggested half but was told no, I complied and the job started. There was old cracked paint on all the windows and wood all around the house, none of this was cleaned in a proper way. They did not sand or fill chipped or cracked paint, nothing! This was not PROFESSIOAL. I stated my kids could do a better job but I wanted PROFESSIONAL WORK. They painted over dirt on window trimmings, painted on the door handles, they dripped paint on my piano, my floor my new cabinets. They painted on my brick walls and said they couldn't clean it, they painted my mailbox, my trash can. There was paint all over my back yard, on pipes and grass. My windows were painted shut in my living room, and kitchen. They removed no old residue or any kind of dust. They just came in and painted. After the job was done it was very difficult to look around and see what kind of a mess was actually done and how much money I had spent on such a horrible job. I ended up hiring another company to come in and fix the mess at an addition $2170.66. Total paint job for a 3 bedroom one bathroom house, $7291.32.

I did contact the AZ ROC and they set up for an inspection, I DID NOT get a notice and was not there on the date it was to take place. My live in boyfriend was, but he was told they could not do an inspection without me there. The other company I hired was there when the inspector and Mr. Moreno arrived at my house on the day of the inspection. It was clear they were repairing the job. But once again, the inspector told me since I was not there it didn't matter. Ok. When the inspection did take place an order for cleaning up of paint was sent to Yuma Painting. He came out did as little as possible, I called him he said he would be back out but never came. I have requested a hearing where I will present all my photos and receipts. But, this I was told would take up to 8 months to get to.

This guy clearly ripped me off. Not recommended for anything.
