Hdi connections ripoff

First they charged 84 dollars. I had had no connect with them prior this charge, no services rendered. After a frustrating conversation to another phone number than the one listed on the credit card readout, (18005682386) they agreed to refund the charge. The first phone number was directed to an automated system, no customer service option.

The following month they refunded 65 dollars of the charge. I have now contacted the crerdit card company to challenge the charge.
