Bogus order, employee threats, employee I hope you cancelled your credit card

7-20-08 I filled out an order form for 6 pairs of contact lenses. It included base curve, power and dia. They sent me a confirmatio e-mail saying my order number, the date and that an e-mail will be sent to me with tracking number when shipped. Today is 7-29-08, I called the 800 number, the cranky lady says we don't sell contacts your card was not charged. I said it would have been nice to receive an e-mail telling me that right away since I was waiting for these contacts. She told me too bad and hung up. I called them back, got the same lady and I told her I wasn't happy she hung up on me. She said she was gonna call my work and tell them what a piece of @#%* I was (my e-mail is from my phone service anyways) Then she said I hope you have cancelled your credit card because she was gonna charge up porn and other things on it. I asked her name and company because I was recording the conversation she said it was cunt and she worked for the company.
