This company offered a product that was less than advertised for, set a lifetime price of about $5.95U.S., and then suddenly I started getting charged $29.95 on a recurring payment for a different company called blazingebooks.com without authorization and no way to cancel. I sent 4 to 5 emails with no avail or response until recently and when I did get a response there was no attempt to refund my money just someone telling me it won't happen again. I have notified my bank and have printed all information that I could of all my attempts to reconcile this matter.
