In the company's print ad in the July25-27 issue of USA Weekend and on their website, the company offers "free shipping and handling" for certain orders but nowhere did they disclose that they add a "processing fee" to an order. It is only disclosed when in final stage of checking out on their internet site.
We feel that this non-disclosure is misleading to the buyer.
