Award Notification Commission I got rip off Kansas City

First time i rec'd this letter stating that I"m the Primary Award fund have been verified for winner disposition for the for Amount of $2,000.000 Dollars. Well stupid me i send them $11.89. A week lated i rec'd another letter stating the same thing so i called the place and asked the lady how many time do i have to send them money because i have rec'd another letter asking for the same amount of money each after week. According to the lady i do not have to send them just one time and asked her again why are they keep sending me the same letter week after week. To make story story short i got scam and no longer sending them money all letter a have rec'd stating that i'm the winner goes to trash. I was going to send it back to them but there's no returned stamp and do not want to waste my stamp.
