Kept getting my phone bill from Embarq for a Residential Email Mo Fee for $14.95 from (ESBI Third Party Providers). I had no idea what this was for or why I was being charged for this service I never ask for. I asked Embarq and they really didn't know either or why I was receiving this charge. This company has no right to charge you for something that you never heard of or gave permission to. This is a big fat RIPOFF!!!
