ESBI is charging me 13.63 3rd party threw Embarq. I am the only one who makes decisions on this phone/bill and I never authorized this charge. Apopka

I have a charge on my Embarq phone bill that states it is an reaccurring monthly charge from ESBI or RocketCommunications. I am the only one who makes decisions on this phone and have NEVER gave anyone or any company any reason or permision to charge my account. This is obviosly a SCAM
