Pop up for virasscan 2009 looked like an msn advert. Auth. 1 payment only and they have taken 3!

Miscellaneous

A pop up appeared which looked like it was from msn saying I had multiple virases and spywear on my computor and that the latest viras scan softwear could remove it but I would have to download and pay a fee of $30. I as you obviously would and trusting msn paid my $30 which on confirming payment turned into 30. My credit card has been charged to the tune of 3 payments totaling 110.15 and my credit card company tells me that this is probably going to happen monthly and there is nothing I can do about it even if I cancel my card.

I have set up a dispute but can't get hold of the company to cancel anything as their site comes up as a referal area. Im really stuck as I have loads of pictures etc on my computor which I don't want to lose but am worried about putting them on a memory stick in case the program uploads with them. I can't afford to pay out over 100 a month so if this pops up beware! Just an extra the pop up keeps reappearing and you can't get rid of it without uploading their software so they have you all ways!
