After using trial my computor will not work properly need to replace whatever it created and should not be charged

F there was any problems at all within my computor because it said it would improve performace to be faster. It had me change a few things one for allowing to notify me from the highest degree to the lowest I was low and never had problems. I set it like it claims to do. I play games on facebook and now it won't even open any of them. Not only this I t notified me that when I went to uninstall your program that I must refomat my g drive never saw this before. Now I turn my computor off it barely want to come on. My son builds computors and I have had this built and upgraded to the best equipment. I never really had a problem but as you know all gamers look for more speed wanted to see if it was an improvement. My son id far from me and would cost money and time to redo this we install every year all our computors and I have very little on it. A few pictures and movies nothing else my computor has several gigs no problem with space and have avg as my virus control never had an issue. I need you to put back what was changed from your softwear that messed my computor to this degree. I would hope this is not done so we could buy the product. I never had issues and everyone including a small business knows this because I work on here every day and every night. This is my first real problem. My son knows about internal softwear issues and I not much but I do know it happeded right fter this was installed and rebooted. I would appreciate the correction it is a lesson learned not to use things you know nothing about. Please fix this. Sincerely, Bittersweet
