This web sight rips you off

I went on line to find out the shipping and handling of the awesome auger but had to fill out the order form to get to the S%H info. I thought the S & H was too high so deleted all of my personal information and closed the sight. Two days later I see my credit card has been charged $28.90 for the awesome auger! I sent two e-mails with no answer, so I called them. They said I could send it back but will have to pay the $10.00 regardless. I did not order it! Now I am being charged $10.00 anyway. This is not an honest company in my opinion.
