Barely deliver product, definitely don't deliver on warranty

It took 3 weeks and numerous phone calls just to receive the product. When I did, it was received in poor condition. I sent an email with pictures and received no response. I had to call periodically throughout the day (they don't let you leave a message and they don't really answer their phone). Finally, I get a hold of someone who said they were sending out a whole new body. They would give me a tracking number probably by the end of the day. They would not refund my money instead so I had to continue working with them. I never received the parts, I have sent numerous emails and tried to call but can't get a hold of anyone.

In addition, in only month's time the carburetor on the 4 wheeler isn't working (it leaks out all of it's gas). This item has a 3 year warranty but I figured since they wouldn't honor the other problem (with parts they never sent) and I can't get a hold of them I can't get them to take care of that either. It appears from the bbb that they have several unresolved complaints for the same type of items.
