Harassment with fake and fraudulent collections

This company has harassed me before by trying to get me to pay a collection that never existed and after demanding they legally show proof of this alleged debt they sent me a letter recanting the collection. And now they have begun the process all over again. How can I stop them from harassing me on my business line and make them leave me alone indefinitely?
