I purchased a bed and returned it under the 90-day free trial. I confirmed the return shipping of this bed but no credit was issued on my credit card. The comany's website is still operating but the phone numbers are inactive and no one return emails. I've contacted my credit card company to report a claim so hopefully they will cancel the charge. I contacted the Florida Attorney General's office and they referred me to an FBI website for filing fraudulent transactions. The website is www.ic3. Gov. Good luck to all of you who were scammed.
