Survey's Prize Winners? Do they even exist?

This company sends "surveys" promissing entrance into contests to win thier products. None of these surveys can be submitted and no where is there ever a list of "winners" of any of these supposed "suverys"! I have tried to contact the company on this and only when I threatened to report them did they reply. They could only tell me it was because of too many trying to submit surverys... I still received no list of winners! I also asked for them to re-send the survery and they sent me an "old" one that was sent to me months ago and not for the same prizes! I think they just do this for information gathering and that there are no prizes! If there were they would surely include it in their monthly news letter some where... It would only be to their benifit to print the winners names but they don't. Are there really any winners of these fantastic products? The last prize was "supposed" to be one of their brand new Cricut Expression machines and three cartridges! Now who wouldn't want to advertize the winner on that one? I think there are no contests, that it's just to get information!
