H.P.R. Contact Delivery Service Junk Mail contrived to get the recipient to send $19.99, purported to put in for1.9 million in prizes, only a report on winners of other contests no payoff nothing for 19.99 of value Westbury

They send junk like so many others (including and from the same mailing list that The National Prize Reports bought and uses) with wording designed to confuse and make the recipient believe the will be included in $1.9 million of prizes. But if the recipient cannot intelligently decipher the information and sends them $19.99, they will be lucky if they bought a sheet of paper or sheets that will report to them who won some prizeor prizes in some lottery/sweepstakes. They will not be on those winning lists.

The word must be put out everywhere, you do not have to pay to find out if you win anything. If entry is free, or you bought a ticket, a chance or sweepstakes you entered, you have nothing further to pay to get the prize. After you have the prize the city, county, state or irs will be the only payments you may have to make.

The aforementioned companies bought their mailing list from and may be associated with N.M.E., 16120 U.S. 19 North, Clearwater, FL 33764 (The return address has a Pat Haines on it they run a"sweepstakes" and try to sell you magazines by what ever over priced scheme they are running at the time. Ihave tracked these maling lists from their inception. Warn all, you don't get something for nothing over the internet or the US mail.
