Does not work

A Non-certified general contractor came to my home to install the system in July and drilled two holes in my walls that I had to repair. They came back to install properly and I signed up for autopay through my checking acct and they made me sign a new agreement. The system stopped working because it does not work properly with my phone system, I've always had Vonage but they say I must have switched. I was told that the autopay did not charge because they were getting "jibberish" and needed to send a repairman. He came and fixed it and I received a bill for back charges. I called to find out why and they said it again stopped working and they'd have to come fix it and the charges would be corrected if I'd sign up for another 3 years. I was concerned why I would have to do that so I refused. They keep accruing charges and will not fix my system unless I renew for 3 years and let them come back to install more equipment. Jill Kesses says they developed better software so it will work now so I need to either renew or pay. They never drafted my checking account, but kept accruing late fees because they said they'd take the charges off once I renewed. My credit is screwed and so am I unless I pay.
