There are some valid credit card companies and then there's applied bank. This company is the biggest scammers that's bold enough to pull the same type of scam on basically all their customers.

I am looking at my last months statement and this months statement and last months statement is a balance due of $1,228.27, my payment was $129.00, it was paid.

New statements balance is $1,265.25, minimum payment due is $94.00. Can anyone explain to me why my balance constantly increases with this company, and has yet to go under $1,200.00 regardless of me not spending on this card in over a year and a half.

This company has entrapped me to be indebted to them for ever and ever, I would seriously like to persue charges against this company because they have humiliated me by hanging up the phone in my face on numerous occassions when I try to bring this to their attention about being overcharged.

Three months ago these people had me to pay $175.00 as my minimum payment.in February I paid two payments and they did not credit one of the payments to my bill.

The one good thing that I have is all receipts, but I must know how to persue the legal steps towards this company, can anyone please give me some info, Thanks.
