Deceptive and bogus billing practices

Be aware of the deceptive practices of this company. Warn your front desk staff of their practices. We recieved a call regarding advertising with this company, they apparently had general information about my company and confirmed it with my receptionist. She told them she would have to check with me first before agreeing to any advertising. When she called back to tell them we were net interested they stated we would have to pay a 495.00 cancelation fee.

At this time they have faxed an invoice stating the billing will continue unless this cancellation fee is paid. Please be careful with companies like this that are just out to exploit unsuspecting front desk staff. I have tried to cover this type of situation, but unfortunetly there are always scams out there. I am taking the advice of Tina in Texas and disregard any further faxes we receive.
