They were very nice until we encountered a problem getting our USCIS approval; we did get approval but NO THANKS TO THEM. They took the easy way out and dumped us, made our homestudy agency dump us, had their big fat paid for not employed "social worker" call us and tell us we were being dumped and charged for a dossier they did not even help us with plus all our fees! The "social worker" I wish I could remember her name, she has her own website and business doing homestudies she was NOT even an employee of FTC, but someone they pay to dump clients for them! Plus, we were told we could mediate, "some even have won in the past", we said fine, but when we recieved their "mediation packet", we in it we find in order to mediate we would have to sign an agreement stating we would PAY all THEIR attorneys fees, win or loss and their attorney is Tracey Orr's Husband, Chip ORR!!! An owner, outrageous. The BBB would not file a report on them, they in stead sent back a letter stating that FTC, would not accept their letters and wrote return to sender on them! Buyer BEWARE!!! They "used" to have a fair reputation, no longer true, do your homework, they have a very bad reputation in Guatemala and now have moved on to KAZ.
