Calorie count in cheese crackers is wrong - it's double the amount listed! Idaho

I've been purchasing the cheese crackers from Melaleuca -they are fantastic! One day I decided to divide the box into the portion size listed.instead of getting six servings from the box - I got a little over three servings! I bought four boxes at one time, and each box was the same. I wrote to the company and asked them about it. I was either eating twice as many calories - or they were short-changing the boxes. I never got a reply. Oh, sure, someone tried to call me on my home phone - but never left the results of what - if anything they found. I wrote back and said since I wrote an email, I wanted a reply in email - since I am never home during the day to take calls. I said if I didn't hear back about this issue, that I would cancel my membership since I obviously couldn't trust what all the other products claimed was in them.

If the crackers could be this wrong... What else is wrong? Now I'm not sure what's all in these products. My trust in their products are nil about now. So now they want me to send a "paper" notification that I want out. Sheesh.
