The rudest, most dishonest and disrespectful company EVER!

I have been dealing with this company since 2004 and I have gotten absolutely no where. I tried setting up payment arrangements with this company and I was yelled at and hung up on many times. Mt grandmother called in to make payments and the representatives were horrible and disrepectful to her calling her a deadbeat! They are trying to overcharge me for something that was sent to collections. They are extremely uncooperative!
