Horrible builder with bad contractors

Throughout our community built by Teicher's we have had many problems that Teicher's has neglected to handle. The contractors and workers are of Teichers are horrible. The local plumbers refers to Teichers plumbers Dynamic as blow it up. As of a result of dynamics work we paid out over $3,000 because they installed the central heating cooling system. My cooling system has failed to work for two summers (last year and this year). 1 year, The wrong fuse was placed in the upstairs unit, 12amp into a 3 amps. Which blew out the system. 2 year - the compressor burnt out. If I used the system alot I could understand probably but we don't, We are hardly home. It's only been 4 years. Roads through out the complex are not done. People still have drainage issues that hasn't been addressed. Unfinished work by Teichers' construction crew on the roads. They have dung holes and improperly cover the mantles or even fulfill the holes with proper dirt to level the grounds. So many people in this development is so unhappy. Just about in every block someone has a for sale sign. They are not honorable and even try to remedy the situation. I also notice that they are building in NJ also, the people are having the same problems. They are horrible. If I knew then what I know now I would have never built with Teicher's. Every year it has been something wrong. Can you possible tell us what we can do?
