Placed an order 1 month ago. Never received order or response to e-mail

I placed an order with them on 6/18. My credit card was charged the full amount on 6/19. It has been a month and I still have not received my order. I have e-mailed them 4 times and have not received a response to any of them. I have tried to call but there is no way to leave a message and cannot get to a real person to talk to. Very bad business practice.
