I received a letter from Zeeland Financials and a check for $3,987.25 stating to deposit check after calling this number (1-613-261-7534) to pay for administrative taxes and Clearance fees of my winnings. After contacting Megan GREEN at that number, which I could not get through too so I called the number on the enclosed check and spoke with David Clark who stated the data-base was having troubles but please deposit check immediately and call him again for verification as I would then receive my check for $57,000 and would need two forms of identification to sign that check when it arrived by UPS.
The envelope shows postal markings from Canada.
