Mepco finance comp. Is a horriable rippoff with bad customer service! They sweet talk u in to a policy for your vehical and only ask you the basic's on it. Then they turn around when u have a claim and say "well u only have a personal coverage on it and u should have commercial coverage " well shouldn't the guy that was selling the policy asked us these kind of questions before, so because of there employee not doing there job correctly we get stuck now not having any coverage on our vechicle. And we already paid $600.00 into this policy!

And now we get no help from mepco in fixing this problem, they just want to blame us saying its our fault and we should have been asking these questions! Well we are not the so - called professional company they are! They are the kind of company that just takes your money and runs! They are not a real insurance company! Please beware if anybody is thinking about using them! They only give u the run-a-round when looking for answers!
