Tried to charge me for magazines inever ordered and now it is in colllections

Tried to charge me for magazines inever ordered and now it is in collections i have unsucsessfully tried to tell them that they are ripping me off the collection agency i dont remeember the name is also like a lawyers firm i guess they say i broke a 200 some odd dollar contract if i send them like 64 dollars they will remove me from collection status what do i need to do next i fell victem to them before and i said never again
i am betweeen a rock and sunshine readers and it is unfair i never signed up for anything verbally or by paper i know they must have retreived my information from thier archives and tried to bill the credit card i used but to thier suprise the account was closed ha ha to them then harrassment then a collection company sending me final notices sound fimilar?
