I hope in writing about my experience it will help others choose not to have the same horrible experience with them and take their business elsewhere.

I did an internet search for a difficult to find rose scented body lotion. Lingerie Mart, a company that I'd never done business with, and seemed legitimate, had it in stock, and by comparison to other places had the best price, so I ordered it. They refused to use any other shipping company than Fedex, with a mandatory signature delivery, which the customer is unable to change.

After Fedex could not reach me at my home the first "attempt" to deliver, (it is a gated comunity with a code, and obviously too much of a challenge for the delivery person to scroll down to my name) they sent the shipment back to Lingerie Mart. I found this out after I called Fedex to find out where my order was, after they left a note of a 1st delivery attempt on the front gate of my building.

I then called Lingerie Mart to inform them that after the first deliver 'attempt' Fedex wrongfully sent it back. The customer service rep at Lingerie Mart informed me that since it was sent back to them as 'undeliverable' that I had to repay them to ship it back to me. They even admitted that Fedex made the mistake and should have delivered it to me.

Knowing this was terrible customer service, I refused to pay them twice for shipping, especially if the shipping company they choose can't get the job done, so I just asked for a refund since I received no product. They then informed me that I would be charged a 'restocking' fee if I asked for a refund.

At that point I should have just let it go and disputed the charge on my credit card, but I felt it was a matter of principle, and wanted the product sent to me. I debated with the owner of the company for about an hour, and she seemed determined to over charge me for something, while being totally disrespectful, insulting at times and belligerent with her tone.

The only negotiation I was able to get her to comply with was that I pay to have it shipped USPS Priority, which I should have been able to have chosen to begin with. I finally got the product, but paid twice for shipping, and would have paid more had I not argued with the owner of the company about an hour to get legitimate service. I will never do business with them again, and would urge others to steer clear from this company.
