Placed 2 unauthorized charges on my credit card

They claim that if you order their c.D., you authorize them to charge you for using their site. There is a one time charge of $39.95 and a monthly charge of $7.95. I paid $1.00 for the c.D. And $1.29 for shipping and handling. That was the ONLY charges that I approved.

I called to complain and was FINALLY told that I would be refunded the $39.95 but not the $7.95. I can live with that. (BUT still not right!)

They sent a confirmation email. The wording in the email says that they are going to refund the purchase of the c.D., so I STILL think they are trying to screw me.

BEWARE!!! NEVER deal with these people! It's not worth the trouble. I even tried to unsubscribe, but the link NEVER works.
