Bogus charges to my account then a bad paper check

After noticing the charges on my account i called the number and somebody called me back. They refunded my money to my account the next day. Then two weeks later another charge, 4 calls later they agreed to refund again. They did not refund this time. 4 more calls later they called me back and said they would issue a paper check this time. I got it a week later and deposited it. Two weeks later it was returned by my bank and im charged for the bad check. Now all numbers are temporaily unavailable!!! HMMMM SOUNDS LIKE A LOT OF BULLCRAP TO ME!
